In the context of customer segmentation for a business (supermarket), and in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of its customers and their decision-making processes, we have undertaken the establishment of a data warehouse. This initiative aims to meticulously analyze which customer segment is most likely to purchase specific products. By implementing this data-driven approach, our goal is to facilitate the strategic design of effective communication strategies and precision-target the relevant customer categories. This project aligns with modern marketing and data science practices, enabling the organization to optimize its outreach efforts and enhance customer engagement through informed decision-making.

  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS): Data Integration, Cleaning, and Management.

  • SQL Server 2012: Database Management.

  • SQL Visual Studio 2012: Construction of Our Data Warehouse.

  • Microsoft PowerBI: Aggregation, Analysis, and Visualization of Data.

Result

We got easy-to-read dashboards, by using them we can discover the right insights in an easy way. We can also apply filters ourself and consult different graphs. By immediately having the right information available, correct decisions can be made.
